Assistant Administrative Co-ordinator and Customer Service Person

Blackpool Music Academy CIC have a part-time position for a customer service person with good administrative skills and good knowledge of social media platforms.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Assisting customers with membership enrolment
  • Sale of musical instruments
  • Making refreshments for customers when required
  • Inputting data and personal information
  • Updating and adding information to our website and social media platforms
  • Event co-ordination
  • Ad-hoc duties

This is a part-time temporary position of 10 hours per week over 3 days (to be discussed). All employees required to have DBS check.

– Rate of Pay is £11.50ph
– Holidays to be included ‘pro rata’ (holidays will need to be taken during half term periods)
